1. About VISO Clinic
These terms govern your use of VISO Clinic's services and website, operated by VISO Clinic Ltd (Company No. 10970682). By booking an appointment or treatment, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Consultations
All injectable treatments require a clinical consultation before any procedure is carried out. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your goals, medical history and assess clinical suitability. Booking does not constitute agreement to any specific treatment. A consultation fee may apply.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
VISO Clinic asks for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. VISO Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.
4. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend without notice. Deposits are redeemable against treatment costs at your appointment.
5. Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment. VISO Clinic reserves the right to decline or defer treatment where clinically appropriate, including where a patient has a relevant medical history, is pregnant or breastfeeding, or where the treatment is not in the patient's best interests.
6. Treatment Outcomes
VISO Clinic does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Results vary between individuals. Realistic expectations will be discussed at consultation. Nothing on this website constitutes a medical guarantee.
7. Pricing
All published prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. VISO Clinic recommends confirming pricing at the time of your appointment.
8. Treatment Plans & Membership
Treatment plans and membership benefits are personal to the individual patient and are non-transferable. They cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or applied to treatments outside the agreed plan. All treatments remain subject to clinical assessment at each appointment.

If you have concerns about your treatment or experience, please contact VISO Clinic directly. All feedback is taken seriously and responded to promptly.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
